Don’t underestimate the martyrs who understand their skill, their industry and landscape… knowing more than you… knowing that some offers are Trojan Horse’s and that if they could hold on through the naysayers while still building on their own… when things shake out…
They will be looking the behemoths eye to eye and not succumbed to being owned or stuck inside a machine struggling to keep up with scale they were prematurely pushed into as the world turns a corner they would have handled better on their own.
As hard as the struggle with money can be to have gone on their own.
Some of us achieved success young and realized how to build the bigger, better wheel…& then took on the quest and stuck to our focus and guns.
Doing it the right way.
And yes… that nobility, tenacity and work ethic is so deeply rarer than most grasp or foresee until they are standing at the mountain top rather than the new valley they built and developed when no one else would. Tenacity on the hard roads you will rarely meet on the scale I and a few of us risked and walked.
& to do it led by empathy and ethics…
Yeah … unfathomable for every day people’s lives. . – at Hyvquarters

This is great. I have been asked a couple times about our finite specification of establishing shots in #thecamp and #math …I have never seen such a clear explanation of the rhythm and reasoning of that piece of the architecture.
It means something even more when you add immersion and interface optionality.
