Why Amazon should do bigger, deeper risks with deeper engagement based on the individual project, not based on the fame/industry hype of individual creators.(serials are different than films) .
TV serials and soon games drive immersion and the magnetism that drags people past a membership wall.
Amazon has huge opportunity with cubic integrated retail but is trapped in an initial infrastructure that is growing but ..not quite right.
No company has a bigger opportunity to media coming and as ‘successful’ as it has been …it is a bit like a steam engine rather than gas. Or fireplaces vs forced warm air.
So good at cinema already but ratio on serial is still not impressive enough. (As we are about to watch the starting strikes from union signatories across the board).
