Ladies you should be doing serious weight training with your cardio.
Gentleman you should be doing more serious cardio with weight training.
…& put down the beer, wine, baked goods and sugar.
& if you can’t do that ..then you like your addiction more than losing the weight…
..or upping the odds you’ll have longer with your grandchildren.
