In my decade long search to replace my chocolate brownie addiction with a healthy alternative… Had a break through with this last experiment and the best slightly fudgy moist dark chocolate cake that came from experimenting trying to make brownies. It’s made with only a tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar & 1 1/2 tablespoons of agave. No flour per say but cup of oats ground, can of drained pinto beans (not black beans), & 1/2 cup of flaxseed meal.. 1 over ripe Banana, 1/2 cup minced walnuts, 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 a cup of peanut butter. 2Tablespoons of Vanilla protein powder, some vanilla, one egg, 1/3 cup of cocoa, 1teaspoon baking powder, 2.5 teaspoons of baking soda. …& 1 cup dark chocolate (low sugar) organic chips. Into Food processor. Do walnuts and chocolate chips last to pulse.
At 350 for 38 minutes.
