One thing I keep getting asked. Harvey Weinstein, NBC, etc.. taught me (& my friends) one huge lesson… Never sign away future projects until each one is individually negotiated with contract limits. < a very hard road to walk (God knows if anyone knows that it's me) but the alternative is years on non-creating. Cutting your life productivity massively. #jkf (just keep filming)

NBC’s problems with Twitter are inherently why platform convergence can’t be Transmedia. & content has to be produced already converged. – at Phillips Exeter Library

If our stories are no longer going to stay in the screen, we must raise our game in how, and what we create. Screen capture/portkey scene between Chad Case & The Legend of Heaven. #storycube #im2b #tuis #hyv – at Hyvquarters

Moving the Tu-Is and AR/VR network and after a few weeks of rewrite/reshoot headaches a bit like moving a mountain (especially since we have to have it working by Monday with imdb integration and readers) …some days seem… Well they seem.

Looking at viability of mesh networks in just some layers of hybe/storycube. (woke up Chris in Edinburgh to see if we can separate some portkeys/wormholes into some kind of on call parallel Mesh Networks. Talking out of my ass, but Figured if anyone can figure it out he can) – at Hyvquarters

In 2005 I went to a luncheon at a steakhouse in Boston. There were maybe seven people at this luncheon right after talking with Google. I was a filmmaker who left NBC, knew nothing substantial about web technology but after discussions and research knew I needed to understand this term ‘cloud technology’… I was lost during the whole luncheon hosted by the guys who founded Silver Peak. But I worked my brain trying to understand what I could. That night I went home and found Werner’s allthingsdistributed.com and have read every post since(I also soon after sent an email to W soon after which he responded thoughtfully to and had one of his co-workers touch base as well… Much like John Lilly did when I approached he and others at Moz). I knew at that luncheon the ‘cloud’ was going to become a big piece of the film/television/game essential knowledge/architecture.
Today… I feel that same way I did in those first few months of introduction to the concept of the cloud… about Global Mesh Networks. As I try to keep up on this video conference with ten other people from around the globe. – at Hyvquarters
